Welcome Ken Guldi, the newest addition to our team!


Ken Guldi’s well-rounded set of skills will fit in well within Phoenix Innovate’s vibrant culture. Ken brings 33 years of experience in all aspects of what it takes to execute print and mail solutions for our clients. In his Operations Management role Ken will be able to utilize his talents combined with the resources of Phoenix to insure we continue to meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. 

In his years as a leader at RR Donnelley, Ken oversaw every step of the printing and binding business, coordinating multiple teams and their projects professionally and efficiently. Ken’s management and problem-solving expertise helped operations run smoothly. 

Ken’s knack for professional execution and his hard work have contributed to his successful career. His communication skills and time management moved him through the ranks at RR Donnelley and will surely serve him well in his role at Phoenix. “I’m a firm believer in making your own opportunities through hard work and dedication,” said Ken. “I’m looking forward to achieving great things at Phoenix Innovate.”

When he’s not working, Ken is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys participating in and watching sports.
