Position Overview 
We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and possess the ability to set up and run various bindery equipment, including Stahl/MBO 20- and 30-inch folders, Polar cutters and Osaka saddle binders. Mechanical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment is highly desirable. 


  • Set up and operate Stahl/MBO 20- and 30-inch folders, Polar cutters, and Osaka saddle binders.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Meet deadlines and schedules consistently.

Background and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience.


  • Full-time.
  • 10-hour shifts, day shift
  • Overtime and weekends as needed


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Location

  • In-person at our Anderson, Indiana location.


  • $18.00 - $26.00 per hour.
