Position Overview
This is an opportunity for a professional pursuing a rewarding career in analytics and market research. Key Elements of this Role Include:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Impact the services we offer by participating in both client and internal team discussions that lead to successful outcomes
  • Filter and “clean” data, and review dashboards, reports, KPIs etc. to locate and correct program processing or reporting issues
  • Locate and define new process improvement, reporting or insight opportunities
  • Work with outside vendors to support the data needs on a project by project basis
  • Project coordination and implementation within timelines and budgets
  • Assist in the design of research instruments (questionnaires, recruitment screeners, etc.) including implementing client feedback into questionnaires and validating survey links
  • Data analysis planning and data verification including creating cross-tabulation plans, verifying datasets, and providing basic dataset manipulation
  • Design and prepare report layouts, charts and graphs, proofreading, and contributing to basic content for client deliverables
  • Assist in the development of proposals, including development of methodologies and budget as well as providing formatting and proofreading business development documents

Required Skills, Technical Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with specialization in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Market Research Math or other related field
  • Analytics with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong statistical skills and knowledge of research methods (including but not limited to questionnaire development, market research, sampling)
  • Critical thinker with investigative mindset. You enjoy being given complex problems to solve, and look for ways to solve them creatively and efficiently
  • High levels of integrity, confidentiality, autonomy, self-motivation and the desire to engage in continuous learning
  • Exhibit excellent written, verbal communication skills including report writing and presentations (emails, memos, reports)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex processes clearly and professionally to audiences that are not research experts
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points, actively participating in solution oriented discussions
  • Self-motivated individual with an attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a client centric, deadline driven atmosphere, maintaining optimism, good-humor and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, including balancing multiple priorities. It is important to be able to work well independently and autonomously within a strong team environment
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). In particular, high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is critical
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project and time management skills that demonstrate the ability to manage projects independently from collecting requirements to delivering final output
